Renting is a fantastic way to get access to brand new products, but does mean you will end up paying more for something than if you bought it outright. We always recommend that clients buy something outright if they can afford to - it's financially a better choice.

Upload you proof of purchase; Please contact Essential Appliance Rentals Customer Service team on 1300 723 808 if you have not received one;
Enter your IMEI number located in the box of your handset;
Follow the prompts to redeem your Galaxy Buds Live (if you purchased a Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52 5G, or Galaxy A72);
You must redeem your Galaxy Buds Live between Friday 9th April and Friday 21st May 2021.

The “A Series Galaxy Bonus Buds Live” promotion is open between 12.01am (AEST) Friday 9th and Friday 23rd April 2021 AT 4pm (AEST) (Campaign Term). Late applications will not be considered for the promotion;
To be eligible to receive the benefit of the “A Series Galaxy Bonus Buds Live” promotion you must be an applicant for a rental order with Essential Appliance Rentals (see no 3) who applied during the Campaign Term;
The “A Series Galaxy Bonus Buds Live” promotion is limited to approved applications for a Samsung Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52 5G, or Galaxy A72. If you are an eligible Essential Appliance Rentals customer, you will be eligible for the “A Series Galaxy Bonus Buds Live” promotion;
All applications for an Essential Appliance Rentals rental are considered in accordance with Essential Appliance Rentals credit criteria and approval process;
