Bonus 3-Month Streaming Service

How it works

Apply for any new product in the Essential Appliance Rentals range between 3rd and 31st August 2020, and once approved you'll receive a bonus 3-month subscription to Netflix, Stan, Disney+ or Amazon Prime.


Terms and conditions

  1. The “Bonus 3-Month Streaming Subscription” promotion is open from 12.01am (AEST) 3 August 2020 and will close 11.59pm (AEST) 31 August 2020 (promotion period). Late applications will not be considered for this promotion.
  2. To be eligible to receive the “Bonus 3-Month Streaming Subscription” you must be an applicant for a Rental with Essential Appliance Rentals (see no. 4) who applied during the promotion period.
  3. The “Bonus 3-Month Streaming Subscription” promotion is open to approved applications across the entire Essential Appliance Rentals product range.
  4. To be eligible for a new Rental with Essential Appliance Rentals you must be over the aged of 18, living in Australia and working or receiving any of the following Centrelink benefits: Parenting Payment, Family Tax Benefit, Disability Support Pension, Carer's Allowance, Widow's Allowance, Aged Pension and Newstart. Unfortunately, we don't accept Youth Allowance or Austudy.
  5. All applications for a Rental are considered in accordance with Essential Appliance Rentals credit criteria and approval process.
  6. Submit an application for any main product between Monday 3 August 2020 and Monday 31 August 2020 online at www.essential.net.au (Layby applications are not eligible).
  7. Finalise all relevant documentation and make any required payments in accordance with Essential Appliance Rentals normal procedures and your contract by Monday 14 September 2020.
  8. Essential Appliance Rentals reserves the right to decline any application if the customer is not an eligible customer, the application was not within the promotion period or the application for a Rental was not for a suitable product.
  9. Customers must comply with the terms of their agreement and ensure all payments are up to date by Monday 3 October 2020 to receive this promotion. Any customers with outstanding payments will not receive the bonus streaming subscription.
  10. If you meet the requirements above and are one of the first 1000 approved customers you’ll receive a 3-month streaming service subscription on the mid-tier plan of either Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime or Disney+.
  11. Eligible customers will be contacted by Essential Appliance Rentals from Monday 3 October 2020 to confirm your eligibility and preference of streaming service. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
  12. These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with the Essential Appliance Rentals contract terms and conditions.
